DR. SHERRYN RAMBIHAR, ADULT CARDIOLOGIST

Dr. Sherryn Rambihar (MD, MHPE, FRCPC, FASE) is a staff cardiologist at Mackenzie Health, and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto.  She graduated with a B. Sc. from the University of Toronto, MD and RCPSC (Internal Medicine) at Western University, RCPSC (Cardiology) at McMaster University, and a clinical and research fellowship in echocardiography at the University of Toronto.  She completed a Masters of Science in Health Professions Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and continues to be involved with technological innovation and interprofessional education research through the University of Toronto, which she spearheaded in her former role as staff cardiologist and Medical Director of the Echo Lab at Women’s College Hospital.  She is involved in community health promotion especially in vulnerable communities in the GTA, and has a passion for diversity and health, and women’s heart health.
